SCES s'associe aux refuges et centres pour femmes, aux programmes de rehabilitation, aux agences de prévention de la violence conjugale, aux églises et aux services sociaux de la ville de Washington DC pour procurer des services d'emploi gratuitement aux femmes en risque.
